• Server Information: Base URL of the organization’s operational server
• Operational & Trip Data, such as:
  • Trip identifiers (trip name, document reference, driver, vehicle)
  • Loading and delivery details (quantity, loading point, customer or supplier information)
  • Operational readings (meter readings, weights before and after loading)
  • Status updates (cancellations, reschedules, remarks)
• Media Data: Photos captured using the device camera or selected from the gallery (e.g., proof of delivery, meter readings)

b. Location Data (Authorized Staff Only)

The Application may collect precise location data (latitude and longitude) only for authorized staff members and only during specific operational actions, such as:

• Accepting a trip
• Starting a trip
• Ending or updating a trip

Location access:

• Is not required for public users
• Is requested only with explicit user permission
• Is used solely for operational verification and record-keeping

3. Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Date and time of access
• Pages or screens viewed
• Total usage duration
• Mobile operating system and device type

This information is used only to:

• Maintain application stability
• Diagnose technical issues

No data is used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

The Service Provider uses collected information strictly for:

• Providing and maintaining Application functionality
