The App is an official membership management and welfare services platform for members of the Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre (KMCC), Sharjah. It allows approved members to manage their membership, submit applications, view benefits, and access community services.

The App does not provide public account registration. Membership accounts are created only after manual verification and approval by KMCC administrators.

• Emirates ID number
• Emirates ID validity date
• Supporting documents uploaded for verification

• ERPNext user account identifier (username)
• Password (securely handled and never stored in plain text)

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Device model and operating system version
• App version
• IP address (security and abuse prevention only)
• Network connectivity status

c) App Permissions

Camera / Media Access

• Used only when you upload a photo or document
• No access without your action

• Required to connect securely to ERPNext backend
