(the “App”). The App is designed to help members of the Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre (KMCC)
community connect, manage memberships, and access welfare services.

information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We collect only the information necessary to create, manage, and provide KMCC membership and community services.
a) Information You Provide to Us

Account and Profile Information: When you register or log in, we collect personal
information required for your membership profile. This includes:
Name, email address, and mobile number
District, address, date of birth, and gender
Profile photo (if you choose to upload one)
ERPNext user credentials (username for login)

Device and Technical Data: For security, debugging, and performance optimization,
we automatically collect:
Device model, operating system (OS) version, and app version
Internet connection status (via ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
IP address (used only for security logging purposes)
c) Information from App Permissions
To function, our App requests certain permissions. We only use these permissions for the purposes described.

Media Library / Storage (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): We
request access to your photos or files only when you actively choose to upload a profile image
or a supporting document. We do not access or collect any other media from your device without
your explicit action.
INTERNET: Required to connect securely to our ERPNext server to authenticate
you and manage membership data.
We do not request or use other sensitive permissions such as Location, Contacts, or Microphone.
3. How We Use Your Information
To Provide and Maintain the Service: To manage KMCC membership profiles, verify member status and identity, and authenticate users.
To Enable Community Features: To provide community and welfare updates and enable district-level member directories.
To Improve Our App: To diagnose technical issues, improve app performance, and support users.
For Security and Compliance: To protect our services, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or use your personal data for any third-party commercial or marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
With Internal Administrators: Information is accessible to authorized KMCC administrators for the sole purpose of managing memberships and community services.
With Our Core Service Provider: The App connects exclusively to our official ERPNext backend, which is hosted on a private server to store and manage member data.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data Retention: We retain your personal data for as long as your KMCC membership is active. Inactive accounts may be archived or deleted after a defined retention period in accordance with community policy.
Your Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the correction, deactivation, or permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. You can do this by contacting our support team directly.
