QubeArt (“App”) is developed by Kyle Solutions Private Limited to help Qube Art employees securely access product data and scan QR codes for sales operations. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the QubeArt mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

• The App is used only by authorized Qube Art employees.
• Users log in using credentials provided by the company.
• We do not collect or create public accounts.
• Usernames and authentication tokens are securely encrypted.

b. Device and App Data

• Device model, OS version, and app version may be collected for debugging and performance optimization.
• Basic technical logs such as connection errors, timestamps, or API status codes may be recorded for troubleshooting.

c. Camera Access (QR Scanner)

• Camera permission is used only for scanning product QR codes.
• No photos, videos, or camera feeds are stored or recorded.
• QR scan data is processed locally on the device.

d. ERPNext Server Connection

• QubeArt connects only to the company’s official ERPNext server via secure HTTPS.
• Server URLs and credentials are managed by administrators.
• No passwords or sensitive data are stored in plaintext.
• All communication is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).

3. How We Use the Information

• Authenticate employee access to the ERPNext system.
• Fetch and display relevant product and sales data.
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the App.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

4. Data Security

• HTTPS / TLS encryption for all communication.
• Encrypted local storage for authentication tokens or keys.
• Restricted internal access to servers and databases.
• No unencrypted transmission or sharing of sensitive information.

5. Data Retention

Employee login data and server configuration are retained only while the user’s account remains active. Once an account or token is revoked, related data is deleted automatically. Log data used for debugging or analytics is stored temporarily and anonymized.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal data with any third parties. Information may be shared only in the following cases:

• With authorized Qube Art administrators for internal company use.
• When required by law or regulatory obligations.
• With trusted cloud service providers who meet strict security standards.
